Grangewaters is a year-round outdoor education centre set in Thurrock's countryside. Covering more than 70 acres, we have natural woodland, open grassland, 2 lakes, activity areas and accommodation.
We try to make sure that all our activity areas are accessible. A range of specialist equipment is on hand, such as hoists and activity equipment designed for people with mobility issues. Accessible accommodation is available for residential visits.
These prices are for up to 10 people taking part in non-motorised activities.

Our training lodge provides a space for learning and tuition indoors. We can also offer a catering package for groups using the lodge. The prices below do not include activities.

Family Activities during school Holidays - £12 per session.
As we are an all year round facility please wear clothes that are appropriate to the weather. Shoes and T-Shirts must be worn at all times, no swimsuits unless under wetsuits or shorts/Tshirts.

The centre is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and for pre-booked activities at weekends and Bank Holidays Our office is open from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, for enquiries. Bookings can be made online
